Had an absolutely amazing time here!! I have never been to a melting pot but our waitress, Maddie, made it such an easy and fun experience!! She was so knowledgeable about everything I had complete faith in her recommendations (and she was right everything we tried was delicious)! I will 100% be returning and asking to sit in her section again! If I could rate the service more than 5 stars I would! Also the dessert is to die for I wish I hadn’t filled up so much on the main course!!

We had a great time at Melting pot. Our server Jillian was awesome. Super friendly, attentive, and timed everything perfectly when we needed a bit of a pause before dessert. We got the big night out which was definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Basil went above and behind to make our time here enjoyable!! The food was high quality as always! Fresh fruits, vegetables & meats! The atmosphere was romantic and the restaurant was pristine!! This was truly an experience to remember!! Thank You Basil & the entire team of Roswell Melting Pot!

Definitely a fun experience overall, but honestly a bit overpriced. I made a reservation in advance and paid extra for a Valentine’s Day table setup with roses that the restaurant advertised. I arrived right on time for my reservation, but when I gave my name, the staff appeared unprepared and were scrambling to figure out my table despite the setup being prepaid. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the table to be ready when arriving at the reserved time. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. No one explained what was happening or how long the wait would be — I was simply left standing there unsure of the situation. When I politely asked what the issue was, the hostess (a woman with purple hair) responded very rudely and snapped at me, which created a poor first impression right from the entrance. After being seated, the rest of the experience was decent, and we were still able to enjoy parts of the evening. However, given the price point and the disorganized and unfriendly welcome, I think there are other restaurants where you could have a better experience for the same cost.
